1. The guarantee
Zone comes with a 14-day free trial, so you can be sure the app fits your workflow before you pay. That said, if you do purchase and change your mind within 14days of the purchase date, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked and no explanation required.
2. How to request a refund
Send us an email with either of the following:
- The order number from your Paddle receipt, or
- The email address you used to purchase Zone.
Email: hello@getzone.app.
You do not need to justify the request. A short note on what didn't work is appreciated — it helps us make Zone better — but it is not required.
3. What happens after you request
We aim to process refund requests within two business days. Refunds are issued by our payments provider, Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Once your refund is processed, your Zone license is deactivated. Please uninstall the app if you are no longer using it.
4. Outside the 14-day window
We don't guarantee refunds after 14days, but if Zone has stopped working for you through no fault of your own — a macOS update breaking core functionality, for example — please reach out. We'll make it right.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us disproportionate time and fees, and we will almost always refund you faster and more cheaply ourselves. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed without a prior refund request.
6. Taxes
When you receive a refund, any taxes (VAT, GST, US sales tax) collected at the time of purchase are refunded with the rest.
